Returns/Exchanges can only be made within 30 days from date of receipt of your item.
The customer is responsible for any returns shipping costs and for obtaining tracking information, as Addictive is not responsible for any lost/missing returns. Tracking will be provided on returns via returns portal.
All Addictive items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with original tags still attached, stickers, folded in its garment bag. Any damaged items that have signs of wear or do not conform with Addictive return policy will be declined, and the item will be shipped back at the customer's expense or a 20% damage fee per unit will be subtracted from the refund.
Exchanges can only be made for a different size or color of the same style only.
Once your return has been received please allow 3-5 days for processing. After processing we will send you an email to confirm that the return has been completed. Refunds are in the form of original payment, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account or your exchange to be sent out. We do not refund original shipping charges.
Addictive guarantees its clothing to be free from manufacturing defects for the first 30 days as long as you follow our care instructions.
If you believe you have received a defective product, prior to returning the item, please email us with an image of the defect and your order number for our production team to review.
By placing an order with Addictive, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all our shipping/return policies, terms and conditions.
Please note- sales items may be returned or exchanged for a different size of same style and color only.
We want you to love your purchase; these are the conditions that apply to returns of products:
- Only products purchased through the Website may be returned to Addictive Activewear Premium Outlets Blvd Suite 340 Barceloneta Puerto Rico 00617 in accordance with this return policy.
- Addictive Activewear Inc products purchased through any other outlet, including boutiques and third-party retailers, are subject to the return policies applicable to such outlets.
- You may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition, including original sealed packaging within 30 days of invoice date and you will receive a full refund, less shipping.
- Due to health reasons, we do not offer refunds on body creams, sanitizers, and deodorants.
- We do not accept online returns in our stores.
- You should inspect products for damage immediately upon delivery. If you notice any damage or believe a product is defective, you should contact us immediately at marketing@addictiveactivewear.com to file a report.

- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- We are here to help make your return as easy as possible. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 to 3 weeks; however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. We take no responsibility for damages or theft which may occur in the return process. You will be notified via email when your return has been processed.
- Addictive Activewear will not accept merchandise that, in its reasonable discretion, has been used, altered, or damaged by you or a third party for which it is not responsible. Addictive Activewear is not responsible in the event that returned packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
- If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Addictive Activewear reserves the right, in its reasonable discretion, to refuse to refund or exchange any product that does not strictly comply with the above requirements.
Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at marketing@addictiveactivewear.com
